PullSim exists because a pack-opening simulator is only as trustworthy as the probabilities behind it. Many simulators present polished reveals without explaining where their odds came from, when the source was published, how many packs were observed, or whether several independent card slots were flattened into one artificial rarity table. PullSim makes those details part of the product rather than hiding them behind the animation.
The pull rates come from public TCGplayer Authentication Center studies. Each supported set keeps its own slot structure, sample size, source date, confidence intervals and documented uncertainties. The simulator reads those records directly instead of maintaining a second set of hand-copied probabilities. Card names, identifiers and image bases come from TCGdex, an open-source, community-maintained Pokémon TCG database. TCGdex supplies the cards that can appear after a rarity has been selected; it does not determine the pull rates.
PullSim does not use cookies for behavioral tracking and does not run third-party analytics. Cards you pull are stored in your browser so a collection can persist on your device without being uploaded to an account or server. The site is designed to work without registration, payment or a profile.
PullSim is an independent solo project. It is not operated by, affiliated with, authorized by or endorsed by Nintendo, The Pokémon Company, Creatures or GAME FREAK. Card names, artwork and trademarks remain the property of their respective rights holders. The project is intended for information and entertainment, with clear links to its methodology, privacy policy and disclaimer so visitors can inspect both the evidence and the limits.
